📋 Private App — Authorized Users OnlyPlease read these Terms of Service carefully before using RuPay Benefits Tracker ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The App is a private tool restricted to authorized users only. Access is granted at the sole discretion of the App owner. Attempting to bypass access restrictions is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: tracking your personal RuPay credit/debit card benefits and viewing associated voucher codes. You agree not to:
The App integrates with Google Sign-In and the Gmail API. By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize the App to read emails matching RuPay benefit patterns to extract voucher codes. You can revoke this access at any time via Google Account Permissions.
Use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
The App extracts promo codes and benefit information automatically from emails. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all extracted codes are valid, current, or complete. Always verify codes with the respective service provider before use.
All content, design, and code in this App are owned by the App owner. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The App owner does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to loss of data, missed benefits, or expired codes.
Access to the App may be revoked at any time, with or without notice, at the App owner's discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
